Watch the agent move on the map and get a notification at each stage. The person receiving does not need the app, because they get a tracking link by text message.

The agent only completes the delivery with the handover code, so the item reaches the right person and you have a clear record that it did.

A delivery is completed with a code, so an item cannot be marked delivered to the wrong hands.

How much does a delivery cost?
It depends on the zones and the size of the item. The app shows the full price, with delivery included, before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.
How do I pay?
With your Pikop wallet, bank transfer, card or USSD. Our agents never collect cash.
What is Secure Pay?
It protects a sale. The buyer's payment is held by Pikop during delivery and released to the seller once the item is delivered and confirmed. If the buyer reports a problem, our team reviews it first.
Does the person receiving need the app?
No. They receive a text message with a link to follow the delivery and, for a Secure Pay order, to pay.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. Before an agent is matched, you get a full refund. After a match, 25% is deducted. Once the item has been picked up, it can no longer be refunded. Refunds go to your wallet and can be withdrawn.
